Devayanti Wulaningtyas is Founder and CEO of PT. Dhanika Parardhya Amaragati (DPA-Property), brings over 25 years extensive experience in the real estate industry.

She played key roles in some leading Real Estate Developers in Indonesia, such as PT. Jaya Real Property, Trans Corporation, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, and Sinarmas Land. She has involved in the development of landed housing over 1,700 units throughout Bintaro Jaya, Trans Studio Theme Park & Mall both in Makassar and Bandung, Lippo Mall Kemang Village, Lippo Mall Puri Village, Q-Big BSD City, Rooms Inc. Hotel Semarang, etc.

Deva has core expertise in the field of property development, commercial real estate and project management. Deva opened the door of her boutique real estate company consultant in 2018.

She has pour all of her energy, experience and expertise into her firm, through which she offers a very comprehensive real estate consultancy and services. Deva holds a bachelor's degree from Civil Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration.
